Description:
Illness and pain can be our teachers. Exploring the connection between mind, body and emotion is the focus of this workshop. Gentleness and non-invasiveness are keys to treatment as we begin to explore ways of dialoging with the body to uncover beliefs that are linked to chronic pain. The students work in a multi-hands format in this class. You will learn emotional dialoging and advanced skills.
